They do things to cut of the noses of their constituents, to protect their own faces.&lt;br&gt;There have been a number of governors that have stated they would only be taking a portion of the alloted monies, then a day or two later quietly accept the entire allotment. &lt;br&gt;It really is an embarrassment. Let&#039;s track these guys to see how they spin it during their next run for re-election cycle.</description>
