I feel that if America give more pressure on Myanmar, Myanmar army government will stick more and more to China. And all Myanmar natural resources will go to China by buying killing machine because they feel that they are unsafe.<br>That mean that all Myanmar 's rich natural resource will not be for Myanmar's people, will not be for human being and will not be for Myanmar' s neighbor and south east Asia.

China, with its paronia of encirclement, wanted Burma to be under its orbit. During the early years of Burma's independence because of China, Burma took to neutrality now with this military regime it went all the way to appease China. The other thing what China is afraid of if Burma were to become democratic is what Huntington called 'snowballing' effect on it. Despite its massive economic growth the Chinese Communists do not want to lose their hold on to power and political liberalisation in Burma became a danger for them. We used to say, 'study China and you know Burma'.
