Rush will broadcast his entire CPAC speech on his radio show this Friday!

As stupid as Camille Paglia’s column on Limbaugh is,* she makes one correct point: Limbaugh is a really talented radio performer. His CPAC speech, freed from the constraints of radio, was a repetitive mess that started all right and ended with circular, Castro-esque tangents. That he thinks this was one of his finest hours doesn’t reflect well on him.

* The nadir is probably her argument that Limbaugh’s wealth and lifestyle is “no different” than that of Oprah Winfrey, which doesn’t recognize how much Winfrey’s popularity and wealth have been bolstered by her book club, her random gifts to audience members, her female-friendly TV channel, etc … while Limbaugh is notoriously private and doesn’t do any of these thing.
