If people REALLY want to read the whole contract document they can request it under the Freedom of Information Act which is certainly a beurocratic process, but I don&#039;t believe the seeing the actual contract is going to turn on any light bulbs.  There is some transparency in government, you just have to know where to look.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m amazed that these contracts aren&#039;t already in the public record. Is there any chance the executive branch could post the contracts any way? this bill sounds like its setting minimum requirements that could be exceeded.</description>
