All this contract information can be found on www.fedbizopps.gov .... You can find RFP's there and contract award information. If people REALLY want to read the whole contract document they can request it under the Freedom of Information Act which is certainly a beurocratic process, but I don't believe the seeing the actual contract is going to turn on any light bulbs. There is some transparency in government, you just have to know where to look.

I'm amazed that these contracts aren't already in the public record. Is there any chance the executive branch could post the contracts any way? this bill sounds like its setting minimum requirements that could be exceeded.
