Because you know it&#039;s the truth. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Indeed, my major problem with progressive COINdinistas is that they don&#039;t appear to have thought through how the balance of budgetary and bureuacratic power will be swung even further the military&#039;s way if all the non-kinetic parts of nation-building COIN are handed to the Pentagon instead of to those wearing wingtips. Their military COIN buddies certainly aren&#039;t planning on giving them the hint.</description>
