1st Lt. Scott Easterling is a real commander and as far as I know is in Iraq. Orly Taitz has said that he will return to the US this month some time so that she can represent him with his legal woes pertaining to his statemnets about not believing that Obama is an actual citizen of the US.

"Taitz said Easterling is still in Iraq but she believes he will be returning home in August. She is attempting to have his case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court, which has already kicked it back once.

Hi! I want to know if a certain alleged Lt. Scott Easterling
is really on active duty in Iraq?????????????????????

The alleged problem is that allegedly there is such a person as
Lt. Scott Easterling according, allegedly, to an alleged
Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. who fancies herself to be a member of the Bar
of the State of California,
but who is allegedly doing something that could get her dis-barred,
maybe,
because she is allegedly representing the alleged
Lt. Scott Easterling while he is on active duty in IRAQ
because he allegedly does not believe that
President Obama is qualified to be President;
BUT,
my review of military law (see blog)
shows that it is not correct military procedure
to skip military tribunals,
which apparently is where an active
duty soldier is supposed to file any
"complaint of wrongs".

So, apparently the alleged attorney has lured the
alleged active duty soldier in IRAQ into a civil
law suit as a co-plaintiff,
which allegedly,
is not proper procedure,
allegedly,
under military law.

So, I wrote a blog about it all

I was also wondering if
"Lt. Scott Easterling"
is just a creative alternative to writing
"john doe 1 to 100" for plaintiffs
not yet signed up for Dr. Orly Taitz's lawsuit
seeking, allegedly, to some extent or the other,

President Obama.

In other words, is this Lt. Scott Easterling for real and
in IRAQ?
