		<description>Was it the surge or the mass bribery by dropping tons of US currency into the hands of people who hated us that slowed the conflict?  My thought is if the US had bought a flat panel tv and a notebook computer and hooked up the Iraqis with dish network they would have stopped fighting long before the surge.</description>
