National media, run by big pharma and the military industrial complex and other special interests, were no help either. But Paul attracted all sorts of people--many normal ones, too, despite the claptrap from special interest group assassins and the lazy thinkers who bought into the smear campaigns. Some disillusioned people are returning to him. Many "Republicans," those same scofflaws who laughed at his message, are now stealing his message. The message isn't dying. I don't think Paul as a campaigner is viable, at this point, but he can do an awful lot of damage to the elitists over the next few years. The stage is being set for an American awakening. To put it in another way, the political bubble created by years of BS, empire-mania, President worship, and fraudulent special interests, is going to burst.
