if the bankruptcy law changed to help home owners it would help me because i have Countrywide/ Bank of America.I am doing a modification right now it seems i am getting the run around because different representatives are telling me different things every time i call. I work two jobs and receive total of $4,500 a month plus $700 from rental income. But i owe $350,000 on my mortgage and is in forcloser and all I need is a little help but i don't mind paying on my house that I owe more on. I just need a fixed rate

the banks would be better off getting 100% of the current market value than to forclouse on a home . than they would oly get 90% and they would lose the payments they won't get while the owner stays in the house till they sell it.
