		<description>The only thing I can see that has a chance for justice is if Obama appoints a special prosecutor - and then ignores it (which is what he then should do, since a special prosecutor is supposed to act independently).  That way he doesn&#039;t spend any more time on it than appointing someone. And I do agree his portfolio should include Congress - both sides of the aisle - since they are constitutionally required to be an independent check on the President, and the evidence is they were not.</description>

		<description>These &quot;protests&quot; were nothing more than CYA on the part of the (dis)honorable congresswomen.  They were fully on board the torture express and that&#039;s why they don&#039;t want any investigations.  Because the truth of their complicity would come out and they would be seen as the hypocrites they are.</description>
