		<description>If they had the seismic testing done, if they had the rigs available to drill, if they had magic beans to bring the oil to shore, it would still be sold on the world market for the prevailing price and would be of such a small quantity that it would not lower the price more than a dime.</description>

So there is no way in hell that offshore drilling will make any impact on this years winter heating fuel costs. The democrats really need to explain the facts better to all those misinformed by the republicans that offshore drilling is some sort of magical fix to the energy crisis.</description>
