Former Sen. George McGovern (D-S.D.), whose opposition to the Employee Free Choice Act will win him that award at next weekend’s Conservative Political Action Conference.
U.S. News and World Report noticed this nearly two weeks ago, but ThinkProgress spotlights it today to prove how effective a spokesman the 1972 Democratic presidential candidate has proven to be against EFCA.
