Obama has never presented a legal, notarized long form (or short form, the one provided to factcheck.org, was a forgery or fake, that has been proven) of his birth certificate, one has to ask why? Citizens all across this country, every day are required to provide one, and they aren't given a free pass to avoid doing so. A legal, notarized copy of the long form birth certificate costs at most, $12., and does not present any hardship to anyone. Yet, Obama has spent one million dollars in legal fees trying to avoid having to present a copy of his birth certificate, or even the one he gave to the Annenberg Foundation's, factcheck.org (one wonders why Obama would only show the fake he did to Annenberg, was it that he has a long history of working with them, and felt confident they would provide him cover?). Not even when Supreme Court Justice Souter ordered Obama to supply one.

Hawaiian law allows for the registration of foreign born children. Maya Soetoro's birth is also registered there.

Hawaiian officials have stated there is a birth certificate on file for BO. What they don't say is that it is a Hawaiian birth certificate.

In 1967 BO was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. When he entered school in Indonesia he was listed as Barry Soetoro, Lolo Soetoro as his father; his citizenship as Indonesian. The Soetoro divorce papers list Barry as the legal child of Lolo Soeotor.

So why wasn't the birth certificate on file in Hawaii changed to reflect BO's legal father and new name? Maybe because the birth certificate on file wasn't issued by Hawaii. As such Hawaii would have no legal obligation to seal the old birth certificate and issue a new one.

If you haven't looked at your own birth certificate lately, maybe you should. Look and see if your father's race is listed as “American”. If not, why does the Certification of Live Birth list the race of BO's father as “African”? Still thing the COLB is authentic? And even if it were authentic, which it's not, it is obviously not factually correct.

When BO became an Indonesian citizen, he lost any citizenship he had in any other country as Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship. Whether he was born in Kenya or Hawaii becomes moot.

The best BO can be is naturalized. There is no proof he is even that. If he is not naturalized, he is an illegal alien.

The four Tennessee Representatives are fighting for the rights of every American. Maybe, instead of ridiculing and mocking, you should be supporting. As liberals like to point out, if BO has nothing to hide, he will produce his documents, all of them.

As incredible as it seems the Democratic party utterly failed in their obligation to vet Obama before they placed his name on the primary ballot. It was no surprise to the Democratic committee as Hillary was raising this issue as early as last February, but both the Democratic Party and Obama stonewalled the issue, with Obama finally producing a worthless document to several pro-Obama websites and the Democratic Party and Obama declared him a “natural born citizen”.

As the State of Hawaii has announced they are holding the original birth certificate, the burning question is why Obama has not paid the $10.00 and produced a copy of it. Maine Skeptic and others will trot out a line of BS that the State cannot do that anymore, blah blah. Utterly ridiculous. It would not take much for someone to go in and produce a certified copy of that document.

So hopefully Obama will be required to come out of the shadows and produce the relevant documents that show he is a natural born citizen and this can be put to rest. If not cases and actions will continue as the longer this goes on the more it looks like Obama is not a natural born citizen, and could in fact be the first illegal alien elected to the office.
