		<description>Thank you for pointing out that Bayh clearly has no idea that CIA doesn&#039;t run Gitmo and probably has no say as to who gets released. And yes, Panetta did say that extended detention would be necessary in some circumstances. Why he would say that, is beyond me. He wouldn&#039;t make those calls! Argh.</description>
