		<description>I don&#039;t know if is this is really Obama&#039;s Admin not holding true to a promise, but also saying that basically calling us out for something we had no control of isn&#039;t going to fly. We have done a lot to reverse what Bush did and we don&#039;t want this to taint our relationship.</description>
