Live from the RNC: Good Signs for Steele

The ballots are still out, but Saul Anuzis staffers are assuming that Michael Steele will win. Their 20 holdouts in the last round were mainly northeastern party officials, in states where Bush backlash decimated the party. Steele only needs six votes to win and they think he’ll get at least that many.
