Iraqis Construct Giant Shoe Sculpture for Bush

Remember when George W. Bush was president? I know, that sucked, right? But the Iraqis have taken steps to commemorate him for invading, occupying and decimating their country based on disproven pretexts bringing them democracy. ThinkProgress notes that there’s a giant shoe displayed in Tikrit, after the journalist Muntazer al-Zaidi who threw his shoes at the man every Iraqi in his or her heart truly loves.
