		<description>The Republicans should be able to take this seat back.  Faso is a smart guy but he has two tough losses under his belt.  There&#039;s also some concerns about his lobbying practice and work with banks and health care that could pose problems for him during a campaign.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Little is from the extreme northern end of the district and not well known in the central Capital Region area let alone the Hudson Valley portion of the distirct.  Little also voted for billions of dollars in tax hikes and spending increases and is a champion for special rights for transgenders.</description>
