		<description>I think of Rove wasn&#039;t pretty doggone sure he&#039;d come out on top that he would have gotton a pardon from W.  I think Rove secretly wants this fight in order to give the Obama administration and the Democratic congress a black eye.</description>

		<description>While I see this as good news, I also expect an interminable series of delaying tactics on the part of Mr. Rove&#039;s defense attorney.  IMO, it will be a long time before the prosecution manages to squeeze the least bit of information from Mr. Rove.</description>
