As one of those attorneys, I volunteer to work on the taskforce to investigate and if warranted prosecute all those that violated the law. My oath to uphold the constitution did not have an escape clause for controversial topics nor morale.

I suppose Mr. Gonzales was out the day in law school when they explained that prosecutors are not themselves immune from prosecution.
