On HotAir they went as far as posting that the government had evidence against this guy, yet he was still released without trial. They don't realize they they are saying "Bush released this guy for political reasons instead of putting him on trial". To me the NYT articles proves that Obama is taking a step in the right (as in correct LOL) direction by getting rid of the flawed way Bush has handled detainees.
