		<description>I have been reading the right wing blogs on this and they are all following the same meme that this is Obama&#039;s fault. On HotAir they went as far as posting that the government had evidence against this guy, yet he was still released without trial. They don&#039;t realize they they are saying &quot;Bush released this guy for political reasons instead of putting him on trial&quot;. To me the NYT articles proves that Obama is taking a step in the right (as in correct LOL) direction by getting rid of the flawed way Bush has handled detainees.</description>
