Actually, the concern today is that Obama's official birth certificate exists but claims something like Indonesian citizenship. In which case, Mr Obama would not be a natural born citizen, lacking the citizen part of that. What has been posted on the internet during the campaign was essentially a document that says “a birth certificate exists”.

The question is why does the Obama camp allow this to linger and create the spectre of yet another President whose legitimacy is questioned? He could crush this in an instant by releasing his vault copy of the birth certificate.

I am forced to conclude that he does this because he has no other choice and there is something on his birth certificate that would cause more problems than not knowing. He prefers to have everyone guessing as opposed to knowing, so he is stonewalling the American people.

But that's not true. The document clearly and unambiguously says that Obama was born in Honolulu.

Yes, this isn't pointed out enough, probably because the Hawaiian certificate is so easy to find that I assume people will just read it. It very clearly says “Honolulu” for “city, town, or location of birth,” “Oahu,” for “island of birth,” and “Hawaii” for “county of birth.”

The Birthers are left arguing that Hawaii would mark Honolulu as someone's “city of birth” even if someone was born elsewhere, and his parents went back home to register him. Which is simply crazy.

And of course I make a typo: the county is Honolulu, not Hawaii.

BTW, according to ScotusBlog (http://www.scotusblog.com/wp/todays-orders-11609), Berg v. Obama was not among the six cases granted Cert at today's SCOTUS conference.

However, all is not lost — reliable sources say that the Supremes will indeed be meeting shortly to discuss Obama. But that will be to decide whether to grant him permission to use the 5th floor basketball court.

Instead Obama uses at least three law firms to defend all the lawsuits and to avoid presenting even a single physical copy of his COLB that he shows on his websites, mailed directly from the Hawaii state office.

2. Who is the Hawaii state official who “confirmed” Obama's COLB? So far, no Hawaii official ever confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii or confirmed any of the COLB images Obama posted on his websites. Find me a source with exact quote from any of the Hawaii officials. There are some discredited “news” organizations like Associated Press that spread lies and totally misrepresent what Hawaii officials said. FWIW I am concerned exactly because I voted for Mr Obama and now I'm quesitoning whether I might have helped to elect someone in violation of the Constitution. If Mr Obama was born in Honolulu and has American citizenship, then there is nothing to fear by releasing what should already be a public document.

The Certification of Live Birth is not 'essentially a document that says “a birth certificate exists”' — it is an official State of Hawaii document that certifies that he was born in Honolulu.

Now, that document is considered prima facie evidence in any court in the land, which means that it takes solid evidence to call it into question.

Obama seems to have a new part of the government that includes people like Maine Skeptic, Alferd and a group of others that always show up and spout the same BS rather than answer the question of why Obama and the Democratic Party failed to provide verifiable evidence that Obama is a natural born citizen. If you look at these sites you will see it is the same names that keep popping up.

To a large group of Americans Obama is on the President, nor will he be until he stops the dodging and provides this information. The fact is Obama is a ghost, there are no records, other than the worthless Certification of Live Birth that he produce to pro-Obama websites and his blogging and press corp proclaim him to meet the natural born standard.

We all know, from an announcement from Hawaii that the COLB he produced is not evidence that he was born in Hawaii. There are articles that state the immigration laws before 1972 were riff with fraud and a person could bring a foreign born baby and register them in Hawaii. Those babies would be able to get a Certification of Live Birth just like the one Obama produced. The fact is that the birth certificate in Hawaii could have been issued from Kenya and Obama could produce the same document. That is why no one that understands what the COLB is will accept it. To get a federal job, passport, drivers license or any other item that required real identification requires a certified copy of the actual birth certificate which is easily available to Obama. The reply agorobama is scary and only shows how Obama was elected. There needs to be a minimum education level established for voters. Proof of passing high school American history should be mandatory. It is obvious this person does not have a clue about the Constitution. Where in the natural born citizen requirement does it say that riding a bicycle, playing basketball or other such nonsense equates to vetting a candidate. Obama could pay $10.00 and produce a birth certificate that he has refused to do. Obama has placed his personal interests over those of the Nation.

The issue here is the failure of the Democratic Party to qualify Obama before they placed him on the ballot in the primaries. The Democrats have caused this crisis and Obama if he is not a natural born citizen has committed election fraud in every State. When, not if, the evidence that Obama is desperately trying to hide comes out, if it shows he is not eligible to hold the office he will have to step down or be removed. The Constituion requires it.

What if Arnold the Gubenator was born and raised in the exact same circumstances as Obama? Let's imagine that his mother had been American and that only his father was Austrian and that for some reason, his birth was registered in Hawaii and that he ran for POTUS while posting the exact kind or document on the internet (that Obama has posted) and called it proof of his NATIVE BORN status. Oh my GOD what a difference you would have seen! The MSM would have been all over that like the proverbial flies on a pile of dung. Every one of the 20 something law suits would have gone forward to the discovery phase and the Supreme Court would definitely have taken any that didn't and themselves required that insolent, grandson of a NAZI to prove his citizenship by producing immediately all records connected with it, starting with the long form BC and going through all of his exit and entry visa documents, applications for passports etc. etc. until everything was made, well, “transparent”! And, if it could be shown that he was not in fact eligible to be POTUS, he would have been denied his inauguration and swearing in. His party presidential ticket would have been nullified and voided. He would probably have been arrested, charged with immigration violations and eventually deported to Austria after serving jail time in federal prison. Why would Arnold be treated so differently from Barry?

Why? Because he is WHITE. And it doesn't help that he is Germanic. I don't think the government fears wide-spread rioting in the nation's inner cities from all of the potentially pissed-off German-Americans. But for some reason, they do fear BLACK (African-American) mobs causing riots.

Our government has failed to rise to it's responsibilities to it's citizenry out of fear of the masses. The Supreme Court ignored its duty to protect the constitution. Not one member of our Congress raised his voice concerning the question of Obama's eligibility despite numerous letters and petitions for nearly all of them to do so. Our Executive Branch was completely mute on the subject.
