		<description>There were plenty of  winners; comissions paid to realtors, loan originators, appraisers, inspectors, the closing attorney and certainly the person who sold it.  And as soon as the closing date passed, they could all care less what happened to the house or the buyer.  Its a hard way to learn the lesson: buyer beware.</description>
