The crowd at CPAC was overwhelmingly filled with Romney supporters and you could see he broke many College Republicans’ hearts when he announced a few minutes ago that he is "suspending his campaign." Most conservative activists at the conference clearly don’t support Sen. John McCain. Confirmation from Romney that Mccain would be the Republican presidential candidate didn’t help. When an announcer asked attendees to clear the aisles so that the program could stay on schedule for the Arizona senator’s mid-afternoon speech, boos filled the hotel ballroom.
