Jason Leopold at The Public Record writes about an email that turned up in the ACLU’s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit revealing that, contrary to Bush administration claims in the past, an executive order signed by President Bush specifically authorized hooding, sleep deprivation, the use of attack dogs, loud music and other “aggressive” techniques to try to get Al Qaeda suspects to talk.

So, who is going to run with this? Obama doesn't want to prosecute. What should be done is to submit this evidence and more to other countries, countries that are not afraid of branding Bush as a war criminal.
What will drive Bush to his ranch in Paraguay?

this is quite a disturbing e-mail to read. Kudos to The Public Record/Leopold/Washington Independent for reporting it. What gets me upset is that everyone is so busy talking about BS involving Blago and Obama when the real criminals are still at large.
