These cases obviously warrant speedy action since justice delayed is definitely justice denied, BUT they also warrant solid and unimpeachable action as well. Better the new administration takes all the care they need rather than make haste and mistakes that could make the situation worse, not better. We have clamored for 8 years for the rule of law. Now is NOT the time to demand impetuous action that undermines what is right for the defendants.
