		<description>I understand the need to keep Detroit afloat, but I do not see how merely throwing money at the problem is the correct solution.  The popular justification for this bailout is to prevent bankruptcy, but is filing for Chapter Eleven and undertaking an in depth financial restructuring really such a bad thing?</description>
