George W. Bush is going to speak on Thursday morning before that friendliest of fora, the American Enterprise Institute, on the topic of “Building A Bridge To The Future,” with a focus on domestic policy. Although I figure that my headline alone has just jeopardized my chances of getting in, I truly cannot wait for the pre-retirement George Bush legacy tour. The more the right wing embraces this man’s legacy, the happier I become. Well done, AEI. You are exhibiting precisely the sort of strategic wisdom on display in the Iraq war you so vociferously advocated.
