<p>I agree with those who saw a bit of a valedictory air in Hillary Clinton’s final comments in Thursday night’s debate.<br /><br />
But I’m even more taken by what happened this morning on NBC’s Today show, when Clinton refused to commit to stay in the race past the March 4 primaries. (Thanks to The Page for getting up early to watch.)</p>

<p>It was only Wednesday that her team was talking about where the delegate count would be in early June. I guess she’s heard what Bill Clinton has been telling crowds in Ohio and Texas about those March 4 votes: "If you don’t deliver for her, I don’t think she can be [the nominee]."</p>

What HAS Ms. Clinton done? Hmmm, she voted for Bush’s war of terror on Iraq. Yup, Ms. Clinton sure did. She supports Bush’s war of terror on Muslims. Yup, Ms. Clinton sure does. She supports torturing Muslim men, women, and children. Yup, Ms. Clinton sure does. She supports the apartheid policies of Israel and the genocide of Palestinians. Yup, Ms. Clinton sure does. She votes each and every time for MORE taxpayer money to support the Bush war of terror insanity. Yup, Ms. Clinton sure does. So, what is it she can’t figure out about her unpopularity with American voters? Gosh, I wonder…
