David Plouffe pointed reporters to an odd story in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that says Clinton campaign aides have "raised the specter of an ‘imminent’ lawsuit" over the complicated delegate selection process to be used in the Texas primary on Tuesday.

The story is short on detail, but Plouffe said the Clinton camp is trying to prevent the reporting of caucus results. "I assume that’s a very self-serving position."

Late Update: The Clinton campaign denied any threats of legal action. Spokesman Phil Singer told reporters: “We are simply trying to get some of the procedures that are being discussed to be put into writing."
