<p>David Plouffe pointed reporters to <a id="gkpc" href="http://www.star-telegram.com/news/story/502960.html" title="an odd story">an odd story</a> in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that says Clinton campaign aides have "raised the specter of an ‘imminent’ lawsuit" over the complicated delegate selection process to be used in the Texas primary on Tuesday.<br /><br />
The story is short on detail, but Plouffe said the Clinton camp is trying to prevent the reporting of caucus results. "I assume that’s a very self-serving position."</p>

<p><i>Late Update: </i><font size="2" face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Clinton campaign denied any threats of legal action. Spokesman Phil Singer told reporters: “We are simply trying to get some of the procedures that are being discussed to be put into writing."<br /><br />
