Especially if they are allowed to carry per the law in the state the park is in. I don't see how allowing guns in parks has anything to do with "making it easier for dangerous people to carry firearms in our parks"... Makes no sense. Almost all states require a CCW to carry a firearm. So allowing them into a park is an added perk to a person going to these parks. <br><br>Indiana had the same law for the state parks (couldn't carry a loaded firearm) until our Governor over turned it. If criminals know more people are packing (legally) in ALL environments then the criminals are going to think twice about mugging/robing people in that environment . Concealed carry permit holders are just about the most law-abiding group around. I hate guns, personally, but I'm psyched that they are able to carry wherever they want. Parks aren't the safest--my girlfriend was mugged in Yellowstone! (!) Who knows if some concerned citizen who had a gun...could have helped her. That's fantastic news!
