A supervisor at a motivational coaching business in Provo is accused of waterboarding an employee in front of his sales team to demonstrate that they should work as hard on sales as the employee had worked to breathe.
In a lawsuit filed last month, former Prosper, Inc. salesman Chad Hudgens alleges his managers also allowed the supervisor to draw mustaches on employees’ faces, take away their chairs and beat on their desks with a wooden paddle “because it resulted in increased revenues for the company.”
Prosper president Dave Ellis responded that the allegations amount to “sensationalized” versions of events that have gone uncorroborated by Hudgens’ former coworkers.
“They just roll their eyes and say, ‘This is ridiculous . . . That’s not how it went down,’ ” Ellis said.
In fact, Ellis followed Geneva Conventions protocol, but with the exemptions approved by William Haynes for Donald Rumsfeld in April 2003.

Spencer? That is my home-world. Welcome to the bizarre curiosity that is Utah. Life behind the "Zion Curtain!" The story of Prosper and Prove are true and factually reported by the Salt Lake Tribune. Utah is a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or as they’re lovingly called here, the Mormons. Mormons are Amerika’s original ‘sheep people’.It is comprehensively sad but true. Utah is Amerika’s ‘one religion/one political party’ state and Utah is governed by a Mormon Taliban Supreme Religious Council. Again, sad but true. The chief Utah Taliban Cleric is one Sen. John Valentine. His Supreme Religious Council First Presidency is comprised of one Sen. Curt ‘cattle prod’ Bramble and one Sen. Chris ‘bigot’ Buttars. This unholy trinity of religious oppression tolerates NO dissent, no political instability, no heretical questioning, and especially no gays or lesbians. Ask not what you can do for your country, ask how quickly one can offer up that 10% then sit down and don’t ask too many questions. Possibly you can understand why I live in the deep west desert. I am a targeted malcontent and simply don’t work or play well with others and especially Mormons. You can ask Utah’s Governor Super Jon Huntsman if you like. He will tell you the straight poop. Super Jon will also tell you about that "targeting" scenario. Oh yes he will. The man hates my guts. Wow, why would that be?
