Iraq Approves the Status of Forces Agreement

Iraq’s presidency council has now signed the U.S-Iraq basing accord known as the Status of Forces Agreement, meaning it’s official now. The terminus phase of the Iraq war has begun. Welcome to the beginning of the end.

I think now that we are at this point in the war, it really is important to take a look at how bad it truly got politically. The Bush failures are old news, but it's important to revisit this stuff so we can be reminded how bad the errors really were.
