Obama’s Speechwriter ‘So Money’

In a very surprising move, President-elect Barack Obama’s transition team named Jon Favreau as director of speechwriting in the new administration.

Awesome. Favreau, you may recall, wrote “Swingers,” which was a very good movie.

Oh, wait. We’re not talking about this guy?

Jonathan Favreau has worked for Obama since 2005, and was his chief speechwriter during the 2008 presidential campaign. He is not the Hollywood actor/writer/director. But he’s obviously a very qualified speechwriter as well.

BUt it would be awesome to have him accidentally bring Parliament-Funkadelic to the inauguration, wouldn't it? It's just the dog in me baby. Woof!
