		<description>Or, are we just privy to more information these days, as we&#039;re stuck at work and surfing the &#039;net, and are learning possibly for the first time how Congress actually works? I&#039;m not saying that it lets the Dems off the hook, that they&#039;re not accountable, but certainly as I learn more about Congressional protocol, I realize the good, bad, and ugly nuances of the word POLITICS.</description>

But the Democrat response of &quot;they&#039;ll just hold everything up&quot; or &quot;we don&#039;t have the votes to override a veto&quot; as justification for caving to Republican pressure is getting just as sickening as the Republicans&#039; obvious attempts at protecting their financial industry handlers.

Hopefully, the Democrats will soon get some spines installed and start doing what the public wants, regardless of Republican obstructionist tactics. I won&#039;t hold my breath &#039;til then, however.

Unfortunately, as I have for at least 20 years, I remain disgusted with both parties.</description>
