		<description>Do some research.  He was a sharp critic of telecom immunity but voted for the bill because he thought the federal government was to blame for coercing the companies to participate.  He even attempted to amend to bill to make the government responsible for any lawsuit filed against the companies, feeling that the companies acted in good faith since the government was pushing them to cooperate.  While I would certainly want BOTH to be held responsible, your representation of Sen. Specter&#039;s stance is incorrect.</description>
