Maybe it was because she thought she would be the democratic presidential shoe-in. The people of those states only have their own state democratic committees to blame. They knew the rules, and they deliberately broke them. If the DNC goes back on their word now, and lets those states vote, then they are just showing they have absolutely no integrity.
