There are ways to punish this stations managers and the group controlling them. Boycotte is an immediate way. Another is to use this and any other cases like this to protest the re-issuing of this station's broadcast license when it comes up for renewal. It's so unfortunate that the FCC is seemingly powerless here. Although, the FDA can't seem to get the funds it needs to protect Americans from faulty prescription drugs. Also, look at the status of the housing market and economy. Unregulated sub-prime loans are were a great idea too. Regulation shouldn't tell you what color socks to wear, but it should protect peoples interests in seeking life, liberty, and happiness.
