Check out this bio page on the Web site for Local TV LLC, the company that runs Huntsville’s WHNT-TV, where the "60 Minutes" blackout occurred last month. Can someone please explain to us why Bobby Lawrence has cannibalized Pam Taylor’s face?

And why there’s a weird curtain to the left of Lawrence? Anyone?

Their "about" statement is no less weird:

About Local TV

Local TV LLC is a broadcast holding company created in 2007 to acquire nine heritage television stations in eight mid-sized markets. Local TV is owned by Oak Hill Capital Partners, management and a consortium of bankers and high yield lenders who drank the kool-aid and is as enthusiastic about our future as we are.

I think this press release, announcing the departure of the previous CEO and the promotion of Bobby Lawrence to fill that position explains the pulled shade:

Now as for Lawrence’s face being pasted over Pam Taylor’s – who knows. But I suspect the joke has to do with intra-office politics.
