I'm not a Pats fan, but my wife is, so I have to defend Belichik.

First, in a sea of NFL management that is right wing, he's a Democrat, 2nd, at their first Super Bowl, he had the team introduced as a team, not as individuals, which has been a large part of his success.

Also, anyone who can get Randy Moss not to be an jerk for a whole season deserves some props.
