But he&#039;s not telling all he knows!!&lt;br&gt;     Placing advanced and powerful weapons in the hands of large groups of MC-13 members and incorporating them in the U.S. military was a pilot program {developed by Rumsfeld probably} that was applied in Iraq in the SONS OF IRAQ Program.</description>
