Court Rejects Restraining Order for New Mexico GOP

In New Mexico, U.S. District Judge William P. Johnson declined today to issue a restraining order against GOP attorney Pat Rogers and private investigator Al Romero who had been accused of intimidating Latino voters by the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund.
