Another roundabout way to gut the 2nd amendment. Of course the

right to bear arms will not be completely abolished. But with

fewer places for the common folk to shoot........

Then throw in the encoded ammo law currently festering in both

AZ and VA. This is an attempt to tax ammunition out of existance,

at least to the common folk. Yes folks, there is such a thing

as an elitist guns 'n ammo afficianado. Unfortunately, I'm not

one of them.
