Sure, most of us in America nowadays (including our elected public leaders) all wished that such a scandal like HUD had never occurred, where it left many major cities in economic ruin, providing a lack of public assistance to many disadvantaged people, (most of whom were African-American and Hispanic to name a few), and even military veterans who also fell victim to HUD's hideous misguidances. It seems pretty obvious that mostly conservatives just do not want to admit these scandals like HUD were taking place on their watches and refuse to acknowlege this kind of immoral practice, which to some extent, has left many people in America economically scarred up to this day. Someone or something has to give, otherwise this country could errupt into some serious turmoil than ever before.  It is really such a shame, to hear these kinds of travesties endure over all of us!
