		<description>This is a perfect opportunity for America to take a pro-active stance on the whole fuel issue. Bush should agree to only give the funds to the companies if they prove they will actually meet new fuel efficiency standards that they have been claiming would be to difficult to achieve, despite several foreign auto makers saying they will meet and surpass the requirements well before the deadline. It&#039;ll never happen due to corporate and political greed, but its a nice idea.</description>
