Interesting article, could be a little propaganda sliced in there, perhaps not, anyway making ethanol from corn is totally insane...we should be making it from hemp, also genetically modified crops could present more dangers than solutions, research is still out on this yet...me thinks mother nature with several hundred million years of experience might still be ahead of us genetically speaking...as for the comments preceding this one you guys scare me, if most Americans are like you, then America is truly a sad sad place. People are starving in Haiti our neighbor and we are doing nothing compared to what the crisis demands, in Africa and the Phlilippines too...all places we have exploited terribly...we owe them that, it is not charity. When are Americans going to start taking responsibility for their actions, when will they find morality..no wonder the World hates us! If most Americans are like you McCain or Clinton is sure to win!

I think we should keep all the corn we would export and turn it all in to ethonal. All of our wheat and soybeans we export should be only traded for Oil.

WE should cap our production of corn wheat and Soy Beans, just like OPEC does. When corn is $200 a barrel, and we have 70% of the worlds export, I bet the dollar rises !

When the members of OPEC are all starving to death then Oil prices will go lower. It might even create an old Fashion "gas war". Until then let them eat their crude Oil!
