Nader Wants You!

Good news! It’s not too late to join a 2008 presidential campaign team.

Ralph Nader’s latest (and last?) effort is trying to sign up volunteers to help "confront corporate power." According to votenader.org, there are also a few "temporary paid positions," including:

• Fundraiser
• Accountant
• Compliance officer
• Researcher
• IT manager
• Scheduler

And Nader is looking for two press people. The also-ran’s ad — posted Thursday — says the lucky staffers "can bring your conscience to work daily, commit truth, and engage the great issues of our times."

Interested? Keep this in mind: "Writing and reportorial experience are needed, unless you are a sui generis talented and motivated dynamo in these tumultuous arenas of newspapers, magazines, radio, television and the blogs."
