Bachmann’s Sleight of Hand
Monday, October 27, 2008 at 2:30 pm
MInnesota Independent has the latest on Michele Bachmann, the embattled conservative Republican congresswoman whose charges that Sen. Barack Obama and unidentified members of Congress harbored “anti-American” views have hurt her in the polls.
Last week, Bachmann said that her campaign had given a contribution from Frank Vennes Jr., an ex-con under federal investigation, to charity. MnIndy reports that FEC records indicate the charity was Minnesota Teen Challenge, “a faith-based evangelical recovery program on whose board of directors Vennes served as recently as February 2008.”
“Vennes’ contribution to Bachmann, in other words, seems essentially to have gone from the pocket of one Vennes pal to the pocket of another.”

While Bachman wants people to start investing Obama and members of Congreess for their anti American connections, Michelle has been paling around with an ex felon , who contributed big money to her campaign and now, turns out, has been hoodwinking investors in a Ponzi scheme. Her efforts to , at first, secure a pardon for the felon….then later withdrawing it when he was found to be bilking unsuspecting investors ties her to criminal elements.
These connections should be investigated. I think someone should investigate the criminal connections between Bachmann and Vennes.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

It's ironic that this foul mouthed self righteous and obviously deceiving and sly typical politician of a liar is finally getting her due. Minnesota is a great state, beautiful and charming friendly people. Citizens that don't like wretched frauds representing them. I say Congrad's to the voting electorate that have come forward with the funds and have turned around the polls; and will vote to replace this person; she does not represent the good people of Minnesota. Hypocrites know no bounds, all her squirming and regurgitating apologies sound vacuous and are falling on deaf ears. Good riddance to her; send her packing back where she represents no one.
