Is there proof Oswald was the person who mail-ordered the marchano rifle from Chicago, when he could walk into any gun store in Texas and buy one (using the same alias)? Oswald may not have known the person who did mail-order the rifle under his alias (if it was his alias.) Maybe it was Mohrenschildt who gave Oswald the rifle.

The CIA, before it attempts to hypnotize, will use a person more susceptible to carry out what it wants them to do. You can't hypnotize a leftist to murder a leftist (only a right winger.) You can't hypnotize a pacifist to murder WITHOUT grooming them to want to murder. After you groom and condition a person to murder then you hypnotize them to murder. Oswald was not a good subject to murder JFK – he wasn't violent enough to murder a president. Plus, he just didn't have a good enough motive. Any person can hate, even a pacifist can hate (especially to hate an opposite, a non-pacifist), but not murder. To groom a pacifist to murder you must have enough antagonists to incite the pacifist, long enough or often enough, to want to murder (and then you hypnotize it to execute the murder.) A pacifist would not be the best subject to groom AND hypnotize to murder. A better subject, to murder, would be a more violent and or hateful person.

Oswald was a better patsy than he was a murderer, especially a left wing, or moderate President. He had a wife and a kid (plenty to live for) and needed money. He was a runner for the mob and a low level worker at the Book Depository.

But, a marchano does need to use round nose or pointed bullets because it is a manual bolt rifle; only automatic or semiautomatic rifles need to use military type pointed bullets to prevent or minimize jamming.

Assuming Oswald didn't murder JFK: where was the remaining 'box' of bullets; only three bullets were found ? Plus, there is too much evidence indicating he didn't murder JFK. There is good evidence he was on the first floor of the Depository while JFK passed the building.

Once Oswald discovered the shooting he then realized he was a patsy because he was the person who placed the rifle on the 6th floor (he was blackmailed by a CIA operative, George D. Mohrenschildt, to place the rifle there). Mohrenschildt knew Oswald tried to kill a retired Army General. After Oswald left his room he may have shot the cop (knowing he was the patsy who was about to be arrested.) Many of the Dallas police were crooked.

Talk to James Files about Hoffa. Why is it James Files has never been murdered? Because the CIA knew he never discussed the murder with anyone (until he was jailed for life). When he did talk about it he has never implicated anyone except the mob and his now dead cohort;
