How can judges, jurors or just we common folk can condone executions, especially when there is
just a glimmer of innocence.
One more thing for the peoples of other countries to criticize about our supposedly great country.
We are the most heartless people, and every time there is an execution we prove it.
No one has suggested to free Mr. Davis at this time. Just let him live, if only to prove to the world
that we aren't the monster we have so far proved to be.

What a disgrace!!! To waste a man's life just to save the pride and careers of the prosecutor and the courts in Georgia is reprehensible. They would do anything they could to save the life of a loved one in similar circumstances but hypocrisy and pride are obviously getting in the way of human decency.

I've been following this for a couple months now and it is so sad. Why won't the Supreme Court hear the case? Is a man's life not important enough? What happened to this country? I think they just don't want to uncover the horrible injustices committed by law enforcement in this case, thus opening the flood gates for other cases, and undermining the authority of law enforcement outright. Especially in Georgia, where a potentially innocent black man stands to be executed in a year where a black man may be elected president. I wonder what Obama thinks of this.

This execution must be stopped!
Not only is this state murder, but also the true murderer of officer Mc Phail will stay unpunished.
This is a gross injustice.
How can this happen in a civilized country?
